
Scott is a Senior Architectural Designer with over 25 years of experience in the architectural, engineering, and construction industries. He is responsible for executing the long-term Building Information Modelling (BIM) strategies of the Lett Studio with the goal of producing better project delivery. He has successfully executed BIM on Design-Bid-Build, Public-Private Partnership (P3), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) models. His involvement and BIM leadership have contributed to the success of the Barrie-Simcoe Emergency Services Campus project and have given him insight and expertise into the IPD process.
His exceptional skill with BIM software allows Scott to be innovative in design, process, analysis, and change management. As an earlier adopter of the BIM technology and with many years of experience in its implementation and management, assisting some of the largest Canadian AEC firms successfully transitioning to BIM.
Scott Graduated with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and is a Revit Certified Professional.
Scott is also an avid cyclist who is involved with the Peterborough Cycling Club as a ride leader.
