B.ARCH | LEED APJanet brings a life-long passion for sustainability, directed through a design-centric approach, aligning design strategies with project goals. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Carleton University School of Architecture and holds the LEED Accredited Professional designation.
With more than 25 years of experience leading design and project architecture for multiple institutional and commercial projects, high-rise urban condominiums, mixed-use developments, animal welfare facilities, transportation, healthcare facilities, and emergency services developments. As the director for project advancement, Janet leads multidisciplinary teams through all phases of the project. Janet joined the Lett team in the fall of 2021, after a career with (Thomas Brown Architects) for over 20 years.
When not leading design projects, Janet balances a lifestyle of work and play between the city and the Muskoka’s.
