ROLE OVERVIEW:

The chosen individual will be responsible to produce and maintain deliverables and complete tasks as assigned to achieve project timelines. This will include production, assembly, coordination and completion of Contract Documents (working drawings) using REVIT for issuance to clients, consultants, municipal authorities and contractors.
As this position will require the technologist to work remotely 2-3 days per week, the successful candidate must be able to manage distractions, stay on task and be a self-starter.


QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

  • Diploma from an accredited Architectural Technologist Program, or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience using REVIT in the workforce.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of building science, construction details and building codes.
  • Strong work ethic & team player.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Preparing construction drawings using REVIT.
  • Working proficiently in BIM360
  • Coordination of Construction Documents.
  • Working with a production team.
  • Assisting with Contract Administration services.
  • Good communication with consultants.
  • To work closely with Project Team Leads.
  • Assisting in maintaining and further developing standards related to our architectural practice, ensuring best practices for project management and delivery.
  • Aware of and effectively utilizing current and new design and project management technology.
  • Ensuring Quality Management protocols are followed.
