Burak has completed his B.Arch and M.Sc. (Building Science) degrees in Middle East Technical University, Turkey. During his education, he has visited many places in Europe, North America and Asia for various reasons including exchange programs, W&T and competitions. After his B.Arch graduation, he has participated in many national and international competitions and won various awards. As a professional architect, he has worked in innovative exhibition and museum design, high performance building, residential building, and large public and governmental building projects in Turkey, respectively. After taking part in some projects in Ottawa through his office in Turkey, he moved to Ontario and joined LETT Architects as a Project Lead / BIM Specialist in the summer of 2020.

Burak has placed emphasis on building information modeling (BIM), holistic sustainability in architecture and parametric design during his academic and professional life. In his free times, he employs himself with performing music, acting (sometimes both), reading and sports. He is also interested in the fields of philosophy (Hellenistic, Persian, modern), world history, and physics.
